This project has become a major showcase of sustainable building in the commerical centers around New Delhi, India. Chosen by USA/India team, the ITC Green Centre was the only green building stop on then-Secretary of State Hilliary Clinton.
As one of the first LEED Platinum buildings to be certified in India, the ITC Green Centre has helped start the ITC Corporations, particularly ITC Hotels, on a sustainable leadership path. The hotel division offices are located in this building. ITC now has more LEED Platinum certified hotels than any other chain in the world. The commitment to green education throughout their properties can easily be documented as unmatched.
The ITC Green Centre has been certified and recertified as an active participant in the LEED-Existing Buildings: Operations and Maintenance program.
