This new building was constructed on the site of the Dearborn Street next to the main office of First Security Bank. The new bank provides daylight and views with attention to enhanced indoor enviromental quality. The building also has expanded lanes for convenient transactions from vehicles.
The project was certified on December 19, 2024 at the Silver level. Twelve of the 18 Optimizing Energy points were earned as well as high scores in Indoor Environmental Quality and Materials categories. Over 50% of construction waste was recycled.
