A new branch bank will be designed and constructed to fit the corner of North 19th Avenue at Cattail. The convenient location will be designed with multiple drive-thru lanes for ease in transactions from vehicles. The bank is also located on the newly constructed, wide walking and biking path along the North 19th Corridor. A&E Designs heads the project from their Bozeman offices and ACE Engineering, Belgrade, will design the MEP system. Kath Williams + Associates will serve as LEED-APs on this project.
This is a new branch bank for one of the most popular financial facilities in the State of Montana. First Security Bank is a division of Glacier Bank, which is owned by Glacier Bancorp, Inc. (GBCI), a regional bank holding company headquartered in Kalispell, Montana. The new branch site was chosen because it can provide convenient access in a highly traffic shopping/retail area of Bozeman. It is near Costco and Target, major box stores in the area, as well as across the street from a new supermarket. Apartments and condo abound in the area.
