A team of State of Montana agencies have initiated an exploration of Sustainable Operations and Maintenance. In late 2019, Kath Williams and Architect Tom McNab collaborated on an in-person workshop for the building occupants and persons responsible for maintenance, purchasing, and sustainable programs throughout the state.
In April 202, Kath Williams taught two on-line workshops that detailed how to develop sustainable policies, plans and programs that meet the requirements of LEED v4 and version 4.1 using LEED Exisiting Buildings: Operations & Maintenance.
