A joint project of the tenants of the Lee Metcalf Building, this project sets to explore the use of LEEDv4 Operations and Maintenance. As a tool to improve building's environment prior to Covid pandemic, the exploration of policies, procedures, and performance began.
With the reduction in occupancy due to Covid, this O&M project was put on hold. The 2023 State of Montana legislature funded a major upgrade of this building, which is now in design and registered as a LEEDv4-BD+C.
