The Bobcat Athletics Complex is a 40,000 square foot facility on Kagy Blvd in Bozeman. Designed to house training for the Montana State University football team, construction of the facility opened in early spring 2020. The facility opened in September 2021, in time for the first football home game. An addition, nearly 5,000 square feet, was part of the construction project and now houses a medical clinic operated by Bozeman Health.
The sustainability challenges for this project were involving parking and indoor water use reduction as the basement houses large hydrotherapy pools.
This is just the first of multiple phases in the Athletics Facility Master Plan laid out over the past decade.
