As a partnership, Xanterra Parks and Resorts worked with National Park Service to design a build a duplex. One of the first projects to use LEED as a design tool, the project ultimately became the first project to be LEED-Certified in the state of Montana.
To date, the building has served numerous families as they work as Xanterra employees in Yellowstone Park. The project included remediation of a contaminated site and the positioning of the first photovoltaic system in southern Montana.
