Located at Cottonwood and Ida Streets, the development consists of seven distinct elements. It will provide residential units for sale and lease, including a large percentage of housing that meets the HUD definition of "affordable." Office space and artisan manufacturing workshop spaces will be offer. An underground garage supports the residential component that is intended to be LEED certificed.
A public plaza and community spaces enhances the neighborhood. An existing wood-frame building will be renovated and upgraded to provide community space and serve as the hub for a seasonal farmers' market. Art shows are already being hosted onsite.
