The first manufacturing project to attempt LEEDv4 certification in the state of Montana, NW Pipe is committed to the demonstration of efficiency in use of materials and resources.
Designed to reduce energy and water consumption, the manufacturing facility is expected to reduce energy use by 32% and water use by 30% over the baseline of a similar building.
Immediately upon entering the building, the "City Desk" or showroom allows for customers to be welcomed into daylit spaces. Offices around the parameter of the building are flooded with daylight and views.
Perhaps the most important is the the manufacturing area is daylit far beyond any others in the state. The stacks for inventory are controlled with occupancy sensors in addition to daylight penetration.
