The new residence hall for Montana State University is the first LEED-version 4 certified project on Montana State University campus. Sited at one of the main entrances to the Bozeman campus, this dorm now supports the need for on-campus student housing. MSU Auxiliary Services led the team in conjunction with Facilities Services on campus.
The plan is modeled from the successful freshman dorm that earned LEED-Gold certification in 2016 and has become a hub for student activity on west side of campus. This dorm is six stories and a six-story corridor, daylit, between the two wings. A popular urban pocket park and Mandeville Creek were protected and enhanced as part of the project.
