Under a grant from USGBC-Montana chapter, Gardiner Public School was chosen to be a pilot project for LEEDv4-Schools: Operations and Maintenance program. A supporting grant was also given to analyze energy strategies. The grant was provided by Smart Schools program from Montana Department of Environmental Quality (MT DEQ).
