This project was the design and construction of office space for the Pepsi company (PepsiCo). One of six global division headquarters, the space supports employees tasked with sales and distribution of all Pepsi brands throughout Latin America.
The office is open concept with the bright colors of the brands reflecting division of the company being serviced. Private phone rooms are provided to be used when necessary. Small conference rooms serve as meeting space throughout the floors and a large, bright cafe has become a gathering space for employees and a community room for evening events.
